Morocco-born, I’ve worked in restaurants in Paris and London, at The Vancouver Club, Fairmont Vancouver, Feenie’s, Ten Ten Tapas, and Morocco West. A graduate of The Dubrulle Culinary School, I also hold a Red Seal (Level 3) from The Canadian Culinary Institute. My specialties, which include baking and pastry, run from West Coast to Asian to Mediterranean and modern North African. I have a great sense of humour, am fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and would love to cook for you.
