I bring over eight years of experience as an Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at renowned international hotels and restaurants. My international exposure from USA, UAE, Jamaica, Europe, India and now in Canada has enabled me to gather the vast knowledge of fusion cuisine. I am an expert at Indian Contemporary cuisine and specialized in developing exciting international menus . I have participated and won many high profile competitions and also published in several international newspapers and food magazines about my culinary work.
