    • 2 Chicken Breast (boneless/skinless)
    • 2 Cans (10 fl oz / 284 ml) Chicken Broth
    • 1 Can (14 fl oz / 396 ml) Coconut Milk
    • 2 TBSP Corn Starch
    • 2 tsp Fish Sauce
    • 1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro
    • 2 TBSP Fresh Ginger
    • 1 Green Onions
    • 1 Lemongrass Stalks
    • 2 tsp Lime Juice
    • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper(s)
