  • Ingredients Required
    • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
    • 2 Egg Plant(s)
    • 2 Egg(s)
    • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 1 Lb (454 g) Ground Beef
    • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    • 2 Cups Mozzarella
    • 2 TBSP 1 tsp Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Oregano Leaves
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 2 Cans (24 fl oz / 680 ml) Tomato Sauce
