This is a great pasta dish with the Mediterranean flavours of artichokes, Italian spiced sausage meat and basil. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve some garlic toast on the side for a full meal.

    • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    • 2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
