    • 1 Cup Bean Sprouts
    • 1 Can (14 fl oz / 396 ml) Coconut Milk
    • 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro
    • 1 TBSP Fresh Ginger
    • 1 Garlic Clove(s)
    • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    • 1/2 Cup Peanuts, Dry Roasted
    • 1 Red Jalapeno Pepper(s)
    • 1.5 Lbs (680 g) Salmon Filet (boneless/skinless)
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1 Pkg (8 oz / 227 g) Sugar Snap or Snow Peas
    • 1 TBSP Tandoori Paste
    • 1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
    • 1 1/2 Cups Wild Rice Blend
