This white stew of chicken, vegetables and white wine is like a pot pie, without the crust. Serve it straight from a baking dish, or a cast iron skillet, if you have one.

    • 1 Lb (454 g) Chicken Thigh (boneless/skinless)
    • 1 Cup Corn, Frozen
    • 2 tsp Fresh Thyme
    • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
